Stephen Kohner
Stephen Kohner is the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Capital Group and serves as owner, CEO, president, or manager of several ECG affiliates. With over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer, builder, and entrepreneur, Stephen has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in real estate projects, developing over 2,000 residential lots and 8,000 acres of land.
Beyond real estate development, Stephen brings extensive expertise in financing, investing, and entrepreneurship across diverse industries, including senior housing, water treatment facilities, and oil reclamation plants. His broad skill set and leadership continue to drive Equity Capital Group's growth and success.

Bruce Robbs
Bruce Robbs is the Chief Financial Officer of Equity Capital Group and serves as an officer or manager for several ECG affiliates. With over 35 years of global experience in real estate, financial services, and business solutions, Bruce specializes in corporate and real estate development, finance, portfolio management, asset restructuring, corporate compliance, and strategic consulting.
His extensive background includes developing and operating real estate projects across various sectors, including storage, master-planned communities, regional retail, office, multi-family residential, senior housing, and golf course developments. Bruce has held multinational investment and commercial banking roles in the U.S. and Europe with firms such as Drexel Burnham Lambert, American Express, Credit Suisse, Compass Bank, and Wachovia. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Master’s in Management from the American Graduate School of Global Management (Thunderbird).

Tim Kohner
Tim Kohner is the Vice President of Development at Equity Capital Group and serves as an officer or manager for various ECG affiliates. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Tim has focused primarily on residential lots and recreational properties, while also working with commercial land, retail, and residential construction.
Tim has completed projects totaling over $300 million, including more than 1,000 residential lots and 3,000 acres of development. His expertise extends to senior care facilities, oil reclamation facilities, and real estate financing and investing, contributing to Equity Capital Group’s continued growth and success.

Chris Jensen
With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurial investments, Chris has developed a diverse and accomplished background in real estate. His expertise spans condominium conversions, commercial development, and strategic land investments, reflecting a strong track record of success across various sectors.
Chris has been involved in the conversion of over 900 condominium units, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale projects with precision and efficiency. His experience in commercial development and land investments further showcases his versatility and comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.
